The venue is ideally located for exploring nearby attractions including Scone Palace, Blair Castle, Perth Racecourse, and the Black Watch Castle and Museum. Dundee, St Andrews, Dunkeld, and Pitlochry are all within easy reach, while both Edinburgh and Glasgow are approximately an hour’s drive away.
Accommodation
At Ballathie every one of their bedrooms in the Main House are unique. Classic standard bedrooms with spectacular views and period features kept lovingly intact. Spacious bathrooms boast sumptuous baths, everything you need for some serious relaxation.
The original house has all the grandeur and fine touches you would expect from a traditional Scottish country house hotel. Gently chiming clocks, sporting prints, roaring log fires, gilt-framed portraits and statues bring character and a charming ambience.

From venison and game to prime beef, fresh fruit and vegetables, and whisky from pure spring waters, the region’s larder is abundant.
