Dining
Pen & Cob, their on-site British Brasserie, offers freshly prepared dishes available throughout the day. Serving breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner. They offer seasonal dishes that are locally sourced where possible and make sure their dishes are sourced from suppliers which have superb reputations for producing the highest quality meats and products. For example, they work closely with Stickleback fish suppliers in Welham Green to ensure Pen & Cob has the pick of the market as soon as the boats come in.
The Pen & Cob Brasserie offers all day dining with dinner served between 10am until 9pm, it is closed on Sunday evenings
Facilities
The hotel has a recently refurbished Thermal Spa, Vitality pool, Steam Room, Finnish Sauna and Steam Lounge
This facility is adults only and use is charged at £15 per person for one hour or £25 per person for two hours. The spa does not offer treatments.
