Recorded in the Domesday Book, the estate was the ancestral seat of the Ducie family for 350 years. Following a multi-million pound restoration, the mansion house now combines 21st-century style with a wealth of original features and fittings.Explore the 30 acre estate and you’ll find the Victorian arboretum, housing more than 300 plant and tree specimens.
Accommodation
Courtyard Guest rooms feature contemporary styling and modern amenities and are thoughtfully furnished to create a relaxing environment after a long day of work or exploration. Dining
The 1853 Restaurant & Bar serves up classic British dishes and is found in the original library of the mansion house.
At the Atrium Bistro bar, guests dine under a 60-foot high glass roof with light wooden floors, indoor trees and plenty of original features.
Or join them in their new Library bar, where soft furnishings and feature walls filled with books combine to create a welcoming, comfy spot for a few drinks.
No stay would be complete without sampling afternoon tea. Served daily in the 1853 Restaurant & Bar, tea can be taken traditional or with a glass of champagne or prosecco.
Facilities
Their fully-equipped spa, gym and swimming pool are available daily along with six fully renovated treatment rooms. While enjoying your stay at Tortworth Court, they hope you visit their spa and gym as well.
The gym offers a range of cardiovascular and resistance training equipment suited to most levels of fitness.
At Leaf Spa, appointments are available for a range of specialist beauty treatments along with manicures and pedicures, facials and massages.
