Dining
Rib Room Steakhouse & Grill creates an extra special ambiance, with booth seating available and its unique Meat Locker which gives diners a glimpse of the exceptionally high quality meat to be savoured in the restaurant. Offering a wide range of delicious locally sourced Meat, Fish and Pasta dishes. Steaks are the house speciality, serving cuts of fine Durham Beef, which has been matured for 28 – 32 days, to produce a succulent and tender steak – cooked to your liking!
To complement your meal, their extensive wine list is a joy to peruse with over 50 specially selected wines that will accompany any dish perfectly.

Hardwick Lounge & Bar offer an excellent choice of food and a great selection of beverages. Enjoy a light snack with a cold beer or glass of wine in a delightful atmosphere. Polished wood floors, comfy leather armchairs and potted palms make this a snug relaxing haven to have lunch with friends or meet with
colleagues. They serve a selection of hot and cold sandwiches, lite bites, main courses and desserts throughout the day.
