Using the freshest ingredients and herbs from their own gardens, the menu is seasonally balanced with the majority of our produce sourced locally from their Bromyard Beef to Bibury Duck & Bath Blue Cheese, vegetables from Duchy Home Farm on the Highgrove Estate.
The menu also features several gluten free dishes, and their Chefs are always willing to substitute any items of a dish that are not suitable for celiac’s with a replacement. Any other special dietary requirements can also be catered for and they can, with pre-notification cater for Vegan diets too.
